Reading, Sunday, Words Out Loud

And now we’re looking at the end of summer… at least for those of us whose lives are anchored around the school year. Summer temperatures around Baltimore, however, can stick into October. Occasionally into November.

This Sunday I’ll be reading at the Words Out Loud series just outside DC with David Yezzi and hosted by Phil Wexler at 4:15pm. I hope some of you can make it! Giving readings is one of my very favorite things to do. The non-verbal interaction with the audience (can I call it that?) plus their reactions and comments later are times I feel most alive. Please join us! Flyer below.

Poetry at the Palisades will resume in September. We’ve moved it to the third Sunday of the month, still 1-3pm. I can’t immediately put my finger on the line-up, but the invitation is the same. Please join us to listen to, share work, and enjoy some snacks and conversation! We look forward to seeing you there. More specifics coming shortly.
